About the role

The Consumer Bank Checking Acquisition & Marketing Analytics team is looking for a Business Analytics Manager to drive consumer household and checking portfolio growth. This role is for a player-coach—someone equally comfortable mentoring analysts and personally building campaign files, dashboards, and account and program valuations to enable the business. The role leads campaign strategy and audience design, checking and household growth forecasting, marketing spend forecasting for a multi-million-dollar annual budget, and performance analytics that connect marketing spend to measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate excels at building customer segmentation based on data signals and research, translating complex data into actionable insights, and communicating up and down the reporting chain. This fast-paced environment rewards a leader who stays calm under pressure, pivots quickly as priorities shift, and delivers rigorous analysis without losing sight of the big picture. The role requires proactively managing partners, solving multiple business problems, and prioritizing projects to meet tight deadlines. It offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Consumer Banking acquisitions and deliver measurable outcomes while growing net new households.
