About the role
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, and design solutions that enhance systems and drive operational efficiency. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, translating them into functional specifications, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions that meet business objectives.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and system testing practices
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, or custom business applications
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools
- Knowledge of API integrations and data flow design
- Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
