Business Analyst with Veeva CRM / Salesforce - Foster City, CA - Full Time - Remote

About the role

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, implementation partners, and program leadership to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for a Next Generation CRM implementation and transformation initiative in the Life Sciences sector.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders
• Support CRM transformation and implementation projects
• Process mapping and documentation

Requirements

• 12+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise programs
• Experience working on CRM implementation or CRM transformation projects
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Agile / Scrum)
• Domain experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech / Commercial Operations
• Understanding of Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, or Market Access business processes
• Familiarity with HCP/HCO engagement models and CRM-driven customer interactions
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
