Business Analyst with CBAP Certification

About the Role

IT Engagements is seeking a Business Analyst with CBAP Certification for a 12-month contract with one of our premium clients based in Menands, NY (on-site). The position requires relocation and experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in translating business requirements into design specifications.
• Identify and document existing business processes, create various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, develop presentations, and other materials to reengineer business processes.
• Work with application developers to ensure alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor level or higher education.
• At least 8 years of experience, including at least 8 years with CBAP certification.
• Experience with Grants Management systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
