Business Analyst - Supplier Connectivity - Costco Travel

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate requirements, risks, and issues that may require action.
- Identify, build, and manage stakeholder relationships (business partners, users, vendors, customers, project team members, and management leaders).
- Translate business requirements into functional or non-functional specifications.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor and analyze the performance of vendors and systems.
- Prepare materials in a clear, explicit, and presentable format to report out to stakeholders.
- Develop individual and team business analysis plans to manage activities, tasks, deliverables, and schedules.
- Build solutions/workflows to identify errors or exceptions with vendor connections and coordinate with appropriate teams to correct the issue and prevent future occurrences.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and increasing effectiveness through continuous process improvement.
- Work with business, vendors, and technology groups to coordinate testing and implementations.
- Participate in planning sessions to outline implementation requirements prior to deployment.
- Provide first-level support for problems and issues related to vendor connections.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis that drive high-impact business results.
- Identify and recommend new vendor partners based on the needs of the business.
- Manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Assist with other assigned special projects.
Requirements
- Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to research and solve complex business problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across competing priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to take direction and coaching from management and peers, and to promote a constructive approach to challenging issues.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Proven experience in critical thinking and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Experience with XML, JSON, basic SQL queries, Tableau report generation, Google and Microsoft O365 products, and Microsoft Workspace applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent preferred.
Skills
- Product knowledge and process improvement skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with various stakeholders.
- Experience with basic SQL queries and Splunk queries.
- Experience with basic Tableau Report generation.
- Experience with both Google and Microsoft O365 products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Workspace applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Pay
- Level 1 - $33.65 - $45.67
- Level 2 - $90,000 - $120,000
- Level 3 - $110,000 - $145,000
