What You'll Do

The Business Analyst – Sales Applications, Business Insights & Project Administration (SkillBridge) supports the Commercial Bank’s sales technology ecosystem, business insight capabilities, and project execution efforts. This role is designed for transitioning service members to gain hands-on experience supporting sales applications, analyzing business performance data, and providing structured project administration support for cross-functional initiatives.

  • Supports day-to-day administration and optimization of commercial banking sales applications (e.g., CRM, pipeline tools, reporting platforms).
  • Assists with user access requests, issue tracking, and basic configuration support.
  • Maintains application adoption, usage trends, and data completeness.
  • Documents workflows, business requirements, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assists with business insights and analytics, including development and maintenance of dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Performs analysis to identify trends, variances, and performance insights.
  • Supports data reconciliation across multiple source systems.
  • Conducts data quality checks and maintains documentation standards.
  • Provides project administration support for sales and optimization initiatives.
  • Tracks project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintains status updates, action logs, and meeting materials.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and functional teams.
  • Aids in documenting decisions, requirements, and change requests.

Required Qualifications

  • Active-duty U.S. military service member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
  • Interest in business analysis, analytics, sales operations, or project coordination.
  • Prior banking, analytics, or project experience helpful but not required.

Skills & Capabilities

  • An analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to support multiple initiatives and manage priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
