Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 2+ years of SharePoint Online experience
- Hands-on experience with network file share migrations to SharePoint/OneDrive
- Experience with requirements gathering, use cases, and business process modeling
- Ability to analyze security groups, permissions, and application dependencies
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Visio, PowerPoint, and Jira
- Experience with SharePoint security and governance (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
