About the Role

This role is an expert position responsible for leading high-impact initiatives, providing strategic guidance, and driving process modernization across the enterprise. The Business Analyst - Senior operates with significant autonomy, advising senior leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring the alignment of programs with strategic objectives. This position is central to enhancing GEOINT capabilities, improving business functions, and ensuring the successful execution of critical missions through expert analysis, process re-engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates across various teams within Mission Assurance to ensure final product deliverables align with leadership expectations while maintaining high-quality products.
  • Advises contractor team leads regarding product deliverables to ensure team equities are received and represented during the staffing phase.
  • Reviews all high-level team products prior to delivery to branch leadership.
  • Crafts and delivers executive-level briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans, ensuring content accuracy, strategic alignment, and audience relevance.
  • Mentors team in day-to-day aspects of mission assurance and continuity, including drafting briefings, talking points, and executive-level communication products such as leadership corporate correspondence, white papers, position papers, and continuity-related documents.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis and assessment of mission assurance and continuity metrics and data, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to guide strategic decisions effectively.
  • Implements continuous improvement processes within the Mission Assurance and Continuity programs by collecting participant feedback, analyzing program performance, and recommending enhancements to processes, training, and policies.
  • Develops, coordinates, and executes a strategic communications plan for the Mission Assurance Branch (NWM) to familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services provided.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership competencies with experience leading and directing a diverse team to high-performance outcomes.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision-makers.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex strategies and operational metrics to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and initiatives, including experience in risk management, timeline management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts to achieve operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience with standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites.
  • Experience leading strategic-level decisions in a team environment.
  • Experience creating and participating in leadership development programs aimed at enhancing strategic thinking, decision-making, and team management skills.
  • Experience analyzing outcomes of implemented strategies and policies, reporting on their effectiveness, and providing ongoing recommendations for improvement.
  • An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Pay

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
