Business Analyst Project Intern (Creative Ads - Monetization Product) - 2026 Start (MBA)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction: Research the application scenarios and opportunities for various creative types (Agency-produced, Influencer-led, GenAI-generated) within advertising contexts; formulate strategic plans and define "North Star" metrics for our global creative products.
• Metric Monitoring: Create and maintain performance dashboards; monitor and analyze key business and product metrics; provide data-driven recommendations to continuously optimize ROI and enhance organizational Implementation & Execution: Collaborate closely with global business teams to drive the implementation of key initiatives (e.g., sales incentive policies, incremental testing) and to facilitate product and business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing an MBA degree Prior internship experience in Business Analytics or Product Operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work proactively. Strong data savviness and a keen interest in creative marketing and AI technology applications. Highly self-driven; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong ability to learn quickly and effectively coordinate/drive initiatives forward.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Academic backgrounds in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields Able to commit to at least 5 days per week for a period of 3-6 months Prior experience in business analytics and/or proficiency in SQL
