Content Design Intern (Monetization Ads) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

As the window of TikTok’s business services, our TikTok UED Monetization team aims to enable clients to effortlessly connect with audiences and maximize brand potential. We want to ease and inspire clients to achieve their goals, explore more possibilities, and create value with TikTok.

Here, you will learn how UX writing supports product experiences by partnering across functions, incorporating feedback, and practicing customer empathy. Our core design team includes researchers, product designers, and UX writers who are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. We work with collaborative cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities and personalities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; strong interest in UX writing, content design, product writing, communications, HCI, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly and revise quickly based on feedback.
• Comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional environment (design, product, engineering, research).
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio of writing samples (class projects are fine) that shows clarity, audience awareness, and iteration.
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools, such as Figma, and interest in how words work inside product UI.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $50. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
