Key Responsibilities For The Business Analyst Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI. Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define key performance metrics. Develop SQL queries, data models, and reporting datasets to support business needs. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision-making. Support enterprise reporting platforms, data integration processes, and analytics initiatives. Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement projects. Qualifications For The Business Analyst Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
