Business Analyst/Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid in portfolio management for the Wi-Fi organization across 4–5 core portfolios.
• Translate metrics and data into clear presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage team requirements, prioritization, and communication with executive leadership while assisting project managers in defining the roadmap.
• Cook up deliverable schedules with portfolio teams.
• Own intake processes, road mapping, bandwidth facilitation, and alignment of product requirements with engineering capabilities.

Requirements

• Expert analytical approach to understanding and communicating program and project data.
• Prior proven ability to plan and prepare for organization-wide meetings, including PI Planning.
• Ability to assess and document current and future state within software development.
• Expertise in portfolio documentation management.
• Strong collaboration skills with leads, developers, testers, and peer groups.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.
• A high attention to detail and self-driven work style.
• Ability to work independently and drive portfolio management tasks autonomously.
• Business acumen oriented and comfortable working alongside technical teams; telecom background is a plus.
