Business Analyst (MS Viva)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to employee experience, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness
• Leverage Microsoft Viva Insights to analyze workplace collaboration patterns, wellbeing trends, meeting effectiveness, and productivity metrics
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that provide actionable workforce insights
• Partner with HR, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Business Leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics
• Translate business requirements into analytics solutions and reporting frameworks
• Conduct workforce trend analysis and provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and effectiveness
• Analyze collaboration data from Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva Insights
• Support organizational change management and employee adoption initiatives
• Perform data quality assessments and validation of workforce metrics
• Assist in survey analytics, employee listening programs, and engagement reporting
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and ethical use of employee data
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Viva Insights data into enterprise reporting platforms

Requirements

Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Viva Insights or Workforce Analytics platforms
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and working with senior stakeholders
• Experience interpreting large datasets and transforming insights into business recommendations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 - $135,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
