Business Analyst - Mobile Apps

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst focused on Mobile Apps to evaluate user needs and define how to support those needs through systems and features, particularly within mobile applications. This role may also help determine the strategy for implementing features.

Responsibilities

• Establish feature/epic scope and objectives in collaboration with Product, User Experience, and Technical teams.
• Document requirements and capture the technical approach from the technical team, identifying gaps.
• Understand the flow between systems.
• Leverage extensive knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals, often serving as the top-level expert in the field.
• May offer consultation to senior management.
• May manage other analysts to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst for user-facing technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Agile methods.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile app experience.
• Experience working in a technical environment that includes API services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Pay

$60–$75 per hour, depending on experience level.

Schedule

This is a contract position with an expected workload of 40 hours per week.
