As a Business Analyst - Medicaid Claims - Hybrid at Gainwell, you will use technology to help clients improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve. What We're Looking For
- Three or more years of Business Analyst experience translating technical requirements into actionable outcomes; includes Medicaid Claims experience
- Understanding of programming concepts such as configuration, development, and batch processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to translate needs into actionable objectives
- Strong analytical and business process improvement skills
- Educational and technical certifications
Targeted Skills
- SQL knowledge (preferred)
- Medicaid Management Information Systems (preferred)
- Medicaid claims experience (required)
- Testing and requirements gathering (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Client-facing experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
What You Should Expect
- Must be within commuting distance of Tallahassee, Florida
- Hybrid schedule requiring onsite work 1–2 days per week
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
