Client: Korean IT Services and IT Consulting – onsite in Plano, TX (1-year W-2 contract, up to $6,000/month DOE). 401K match provided; no insurance. Visa sponsorship is not available. Core hours are 9 AM – 6 PM; bilingual English and Korean required.
About the Role
Business Analyst supporting the GTNE (Travel Reservation and Settlement System) with primary on-call responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving web-based Travel system issues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-call Business Analyst for troubleshooting and resolving system issues related to the web-based Travel system.
- Identify and understand end users’ technical Travel system requirements; provide training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and engagement teams to ensure all aspects of tasks are addressed.
- Understand HR/GA policies and workflows related to various systems.
- Resolve issues by clarifying users’ needs, determining root causes, selecting and explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Support implementation, management, and optimization of new and existing processes within the Travel system to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze customer requirements and tailor system use to meet those objectives.
- Create and update solution documents, operation manuals, and training materials.
- Proactively identify and formulate process improvements to minimize recurring issues.
- Monitor and report issue status, review performance against operating standards, and provide results.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with an Information Technology or HR/GA focus.
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or GA/Accounting operations support.
- Experience working in matrix organizations.

Pay
Up to $6,000 per month, dependent on experience.
Schedule
Onsite, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
