Business Analyst IV

About the Role

Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst IV Lending Platforms to join our client in support of an existing vacancy. Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert. Pay Rate: $63 per hour. Location: Remote. Business Hours: Monday-Friday; Core Business Hours.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of the team, supports a positive work environment and ensures timely communication
• Supports team by regularly enhancing knowledge and expertise in own area and participates in knowledge transfer
• Keeps current on emerging trends and developments and grows knowledge of business, related tools and techniques
• Keeps others informed about the status and progress of projects
• Contributes to team development of skills and capabilities through mentorship of others by sharing knowledge and experience and leveraging best practices
• Contributes to a fair, positive and equitable environment
• Acts as a brand ambassador of our business area function and the bank
• Conduct Walkthroughs with Stakeholders, complete Design and Operating Effectiveness Testing, communicate findings and work with the Lines of Businesses throughout the process

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required
• 5 years of Audit experience required
• Testing - (compliance ORM) experience required
• Strong SLA focus required
• Strong communication skills
• Team oriented and collaborative with all stakeholders and colleagues
• ServiceNow experience required
