Key Responsibilities

• Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements, including interdependencies, risks, and issues.
• Analyze business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process automation.
• Assist in business process design, redesign, and documentation.
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business units and strategies.
• Develop complex business cases.
• Work on multiple projects as a team member or project leader.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Technical Competencies

• Advanced ability to gather and refine complex business requirements and assess interdependencies.
• Advanced ability to develop complex business cases.
• QA expertise with a focus on end-to-end functional testing.
• Advanced ability to create impact analyses and make recommendations.
• Advanced ability to present complex strategies and business decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance principles.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• In-depth understanding of business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.
• Advanced ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.
• Hands-on technology experience is a plus.
