Business Analyst - Infor Syteline

About the role

ProMach is excited to add a skilled Business Analyst to their team. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders for smooth IT project execution, defining, analyzing, validating, and documenting business needs.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, validate, and document business needs
• Analyze requirements, offer insights, and collaborate with IT for scalable, maintainable solutions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements
• Act as a liaison between functional teams and technical resources for enhancements
• Provide functional requirements to development team and perform QA testing of requested enhancements
• Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle
• Absorb and assist in operational roll out and user training for new functionality and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis for software systems and applications
• Proven experience interpreting customers' business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
• Previous experience with ERP implementations, especially in a manufacturing organization, highly desired
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation
• Detail oriented and well organized
• High degree of reliability and timely completion of tasks
