Leads audits, risk mitigation, and provides executive-level reporting and financial forecasting. Mentors analysts and collaborates across IT, finance, security, and compliance teams to enhance asset management processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 6+ years in IT Asset Management, with expertise in hardware lifecycles, ServiceNow, and regulatory compliance. Certifications such as CITAM, CHAMP, and ServiceNow HAM-CIS are preferred. Skills include requirements gathering, process mapping, automation, stakeholder communication, and data analysis. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills are essential.
