Business Analyst III - IT Asset Management

Role: Business Analyst III - IT Asset Management Responsibilities: Lead oversight of IT hardware asset lifecycle, utilizing ServiceNow HAM to ensure compliance and optimize utilization. Develop strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks aligned with industry standards such as ISO 19770 and ITIL. Drive process improvements, asset standards, and lifecycle efficiencies through collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders. Lead audits, risk mitigation, and provide executive-level reporting and financial forecasts. Mentor analysts and support organizational maturity. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 6+ years in IT Asset Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management. Certifications like CITAM, CHAMP, and ServiceNow HAM-CIS preferred. Deep knowledge of hardware lifecycles, compliance, and ServiceNow Asset modules. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with IT frameworks and tools. Ability to handle multiple priorities, collaborate effectively, and work independently.
