About the role
You’ll support our Department of the Air Force (DAF) customer at the Pentagon. This full-time, hybrid role is integral to the execution and evolution of enterprise governance and strategic alignment efforts across the Secretariat and functional communities.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Enterprise Governance Framework, including charters, publications, decision structures, and SOPs.
- Prepare standardized documentation like business process workflow diagrams, templates, guides, and tools for governance and strategy stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of decisions, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
- Use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to manage workflows, documents, and stakeholder communications.
- Support the integration of governance outputs into broader posture tracking and strategic performance dashboards.
- Facilitate and support enterprise governance forums, board meetings, and working groups, including scheduling, meeting support, documentation, and action tracking.
- Identify and recommend process and strategy improvements to enhance the effectiveness and impact governance practices.
- Maintain version-controlled documentation and centralized access to materials.
Requirements
- Lead senior-level business analysis and coordination support for DAF Office of General Counsel merger and reorganization activities, serving as a key point of contact across government stakeholders, project leadership, and internal teams.
- Develop solutions to complex organizational, workforce, policy, process, and resource management challenges, including personnel pipeline tracking, manpower structure options, staffing gaps, governance needs, and future-state operating models.
- Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder discussions, and planning meetings to define requirements, validate assumptions, document decisions, identify risks, and align on merger milestones, taskers, and implementation priorities.
- Develop and maintain executive-ready project plans, milestone schedules, risk/dependency trackers, decision logs, process documentation, transition roadmaps, and leadership briefing materials.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise in process improvement, productivity enhancement, strategic planning, business operations, and stakeholder coordination, while guiding junior analysts supporting execution-level activities.

Pay
SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $130,000
