About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders to analyze, validate, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves creating detailed process models, specifications, and diagrams to guide development teams, as well as managing the lifecycle of requirements from initiation through implementation. The Business Analyst will also coordinate user acceptance testing, monitor service levels, and contribute to process improvements within requirement gathering practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science
• 2 to 4 years of related experience in business analysis or a similar role
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technical proficiency in Power BI, ServiceNow, SQL, or similar tools (desired)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to analyze and translate moderately complex requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications
• Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements, establishing project scope and impact
• Analyze requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and adherence to standards
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications comprehensible to developers and project teams
• Create systems and business process models, diagrams, charts, and documentation to guide development efforts
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications effectively to stakeholders and project teams
• Manage and track requirement statuses throughout the project lifecycle, making adjustments as necessary
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met
• Monitor IT service levels in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and recommend improvements
• Research and analyze the effectiveness of existing requirement gathering processes, developing strategies for enhancement
• Maintain system protocols by updating procedures and documentation
• Provide user support through documentation, help desk assistance, and training sessions
• Prepare technical reports by analyzing data, trends, and project outcomes
• Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to organizational policies and standards
