Business Analyst II

Role: Business Analyst II responsible for partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, enhance data accuracy, and support data‑driven decision‑making. Key duties: Gather and analyze business requirements, develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL and Tableau, and support operational reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define scope and deliverables, document processes, and support system integrations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 5+ years of data analytics experience; 2+ years experience with Tableau; strong T‑SQL skills; ability to communicate insights effectively; experience with marketing data operations and knowledge of U.S. financial regulations is preferred. Skills: Data analysis, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, process documentation, technical proficiency in SQL and Tableau. Focus: Supporting Deposits, Lending, and Services units through analytics, reporting, and process improvements.
