Purpose

This role supports the rollout, ongoing operations, and enhancement of the Company's global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platform, OpenText Advanced Authentication, across multiple departments and locations worldwide. The contractor will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for MFA, authentication technologies, identity and access management, and related IT security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Company's global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication)
• Serve as a technical lead on medium to large initiatives as directed by the Product Owner and Manager
• Provide consultation and subject matter expertise on authentication, access management, and IT security topics
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed
• Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes
• Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and automated test scripts using Postman
• Perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment processes
• Define and adhere to development standards, testing procedures, documentation requirements, and best practices

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, Business, or a related field; or the equivalent of four (4) years of experience in an IT application or infrastructure role
• Training in systems used in the assigned area of responsibility is preferred
• Project Management training or certification preferred

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with IT governance and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 3+ years of experience planning, analyzing, testing, and designing IT solutions
• 3+ years of project leadership or system responsibility experience in an IT environment
