Key Responsibilities Gather and document business, reporting, and analytics requirements.Define financial metrics, formulas, business rules, and data sources.Validate financial data and reports using SQL.Lead UAT with business users and obtain sign-off.Collaborate with data, AI, and offshore engineering teams. Required Skills 8+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience in Financial Services.Experience in Wealth Management, RIA, or Broker-Dealer environments preferred.Strong understanding of Revenue, Cost, Margin, EBITDA, AUM, Fees, and Advisor Compensation.Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering experience.Must be US-based and available during US business hours with some India overlap. Preferred: Snowflake, Power BI, LookML, dbt Metrics, GenAI/LLM analytics.
