Business Analyst Expert

Responsibilities

• Eliciting and extracting detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts
• Obtaining and writing business, user, and functional requirements, use cases, process models, workflows, creating screen and report mock-ups, and technical documents with attention to detail
• Developing and maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects
• Using Client Quality Center
• Designing user interfaces using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent
