Business Analyst ERP (m/f/d | 100%)

About the role

Analyze and optimize business processes within Infor LN.

• Support business users with ERP-related inquiries and operational issues
• Manage administrative ERP tasks, including layouts, workflows, user management, and system configuration
• Lead ERP related projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and handover to operations
• Advise stakeholders on process design, system capabilities, and best practices
• Support ERP-related integrations and middleware topics
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable ERP operations and successful project delivery

Requirements

• Education in business informatics, IT, business administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of ERP experience or comparable ERP key-user know-how with strong interest in the technical side; Infor LN knowledge is a plus
• Experience with ERP configuration, reporting, workflows, authorization concepts and user management
• Understanding of operational business processes in an international manufacturing environment
• Strong technical understanding
• Team player and cooperative, independent and responsible personality
• Experience in coordinating IT and/or ERP-related projects
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
