About the role

A Business Analyst in the DC/West Virginia area will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate those needs into actionable solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather requirements from stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
