Responsibilities

• Integrate into a team delivering successful projects involving market research, program evaluation (especially training programs), and data analysis and reporting.
• Own the business (non-technical) aspects of complex data products, including strategy development, schedules, dependencies, requirements gathering, refinement, client delivery, and reporting.
• Design evidence-based strategies and plans for complex data projects and present them to internal and client audiences.
• Produce first drafts of presentations, reports, graphs, and documentation, soliciting and incorporating feedback to create client-ready products.
• Analyze a wide range of quantitative and qualitative data using Excel, including creating pivot tables and graphs, writing key takeaways, and translating findings into recommendations.
• Distill and present technical concepts in simple terms for non-technical audiences.
• Identify and address opportunities to enhance project team efficiency and impact through technology solutions, particularly artificial intelligence (AI).
• Maintain high standards for data quality, reporting integrity, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, a research-oriented social science, or a related field.
• At least four years of full-time, paid experience, including in account management, consulting, or similar customer service roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including nested formulas, pivot tables, and dual-axis graphs.
• Strong writing and speaking skills.
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, especially for formatting graphs and tables.
• Critical thinking skills, with a balance between the big picture and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and a reputation for attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with research methodologies, especially survey design and focus groups.
• Experience managing teams and reviewing others' work for accuracy and strength.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power BI, Automate, or other relevant tools.
• Experience working with government clients or with health data.
• Credentials or coursework related to project management (e.g., PMP).
• An interest in education, health care, or military/veteran communities.
• Innate desire for continuous performance improvement.
• Aptitude and passion for learning new technologies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude.

Skills

• Excel proficiency, including advanced features like nested formulas, pivot tables, and dual-axis graphs.
• PowerPoint and Word skills for creating professional presentations and documents.
