Business Analyst Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for assigned initiatives, ensuring work moves forward on time and in alignment with project goals
• Cook up activities across business, operations, technology, and leadership stakeholders to support seamless delivery
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and help keep teams focused on critical path work
• Prepare clear status updates and summaries to support decision-making and timely escalation when needed
• Support implementation readiness, transition planning, and handoff to operational teams
• Help drive adoption of completed initiatives by supporting coordination and follow-through across teams

Skills

• Experience supporting or managing projects in a coordinated, cross-functional environment
• Strong project planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Able to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution effectively
• Clear communication skills with the ability to share status and escalate appropriately
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience in business analysis or project management support roles
• Background working with enterprise or large-scale operational initiatives

Benefits

The pay range for this role is $22 - $37 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
