For more information, visit www.g2m.ai. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado, with flexibility to work from home several days per week. As a Business Analyst / Consultant, you will work alongside experienced consultants, data engineers, and software engineers to solve challenging business problems for enterprise clients. Depending on your experience and education, you will be hired as either an Analyst or Consultant. Typical Engagements Include: Business strategy and transformationGo-to-market analyticsFinancial and operational performance improvementAI strategy and adoptionDashboarding and executive reportingProcess improvement and automation You will analyze complex business problems, develop quantitative analyses, build executive presentations, facilitate client workshops, and help implement data-driven solutions. Qualifications Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related quantitative disciplineStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsAbility to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with SQL or data analytics tools is a plusAbility to work independently while collaborating within multidisciplinary teamsIntellectual curiosity and a desire to solve difficult business problems Preferred Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platformsFamiliarity with Python, SQL, or statistical analysisInterest in AI, machine learning, and digital transformationInternship or consulting experience Why Join G2M?
