Business Analyst /Configuration Manager (Healthie EMR)

About the role

Act as the primary liaison between clinical/administrative stakeholders and technical development teams. Own and manage all aspects of Healthie EMR platform configuration, including custom intake flows, charting templates, onboarding, scheduling, permissions, notifications, billing, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex clinical and administrative workflows into precise system configurations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and perform gap analysis to identify process automation and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain detailed system documentation, requirement traceability matrices, and configuration logs.
• Write clear, testable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Manage the agile backlog and partner with QA/product owners for user acceptance testing and feature validation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security standards in all system configurations.
• Leverage strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to deliver optimized digital health solutions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of Business/Systems Analyst or Configuration Manager experience.
• 2+ years in digital health and hands-on Healthie EMR administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Healthie API integrations.
• Experience with group practice scaling.
• Healthcare billing/claims experience.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, CSM).
