Business Analyst

This role operates within an international education and study/work-abroad platform connecting students with institutions and advising on program selection and enrollment. The Business Analyst’s distinct contribution is ensuring data and reporting reliability through business-focused analysis.

About the role

The Business Analyst maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while performing analysis in the context of an international education and study/work-abroad platform. Decisions must reflect the operational environment, ensuring traceability, ownership, and next-action visibility for all checkpoints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
• Review and document role documentation for work and study travel jobs with status tracking, maintaining a business-focused, analysis-led work profile.
• Document data validation with deadline management, ensuring checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all analysis activities.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Strong business-focused analysis ensures data and reporting reliability remains usable under the specific demands of the platform. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be identified before causing rework.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
