Business Analyst

Requirements

• SQL proficiency
• Proficiency in data modeling
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Ability to analyze complex data to solve business problems
• Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between non‑technical business users and technical IT teams

Responsibilities

• Interviewing stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs (Requirements Gathering)
• Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance (System Analysis & Design)
• Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams (Technical Documentation)
• Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows (Process Improvement)
• Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post‑launch support (Implementation & Support)
