Business Analyst

The Business Analyst

Embedded within the Community Investment portfolio’s technology delivery team, the Business Analyst will:

• Accelerate value delivery
• Reduce implementation risk
• Uphold governance quality across requirements, testing, integrations, and change management
• Lead end-to-end requirements management—business, functional, and technical
• Ensure full traceability through UAT and go-live
• Serve as the portfolio's functional integrator, connecting SaaS platforms and internal systems in alignment with integration points defined during discovery and planning

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
