Business Analyst

About the Role

Urban Park Services needs a Business Analyst who can deliver dependable, decision-ready analysis for remote back-office support of parking and vehicle-assistance field operations, including dispatch, scheduling, billing, records, and customer care. The role ensures every operational handoff clearly shows completion status, pending items, and ownership of next steps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Business Analyst workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Track workflow anomalies through investigation rather than masking them.
• Own documentation of calculations and assumptions for transparency.
• Coordinate translation of findings into practical next actions for the team.
• Review and validate source data before analysis to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Confidently apply Business Analysis and Documentation in parking service operations.
• Conduct Process Analysis while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Develop clear, reproducible insights for team decision-making.
• Exercise sound judgment in documentation, especially for escalations.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate-level position.
