Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the interface between the development team and the end customer in refining and documenting requirements
• Support the Project Manager in the development of deliverables
• Work with application developers in testing of application components
• Facilitate customer testing, collecting feedback and refine requirements as needed
• Maintain project documentation and support the tracking progress via available tool suites
• Work collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar technical discipline
• Five (5) years or more years of experience serving as a Business Analyst for application development projects
• Experience working on Agile development projects
• Hands-on experience configuring and using the Atlassian Suite of tools
• Experience conducting application testing
• Business Analyst and Agile certifications are desired
