Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's luxury e-commerce brand: New Elevation. New Elevation consultants deliver commerce strategy, scope, and planning with insightful execution and commerce optimization. Responsibilities Analyze new federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and assess business impactsGather and document business and functional requirements for customer and agent-facing systemsPartner with Legal and Compliance teams to translate regulatory obligations into actionable business requirementsFacilitate requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholdersCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business process documentationDefine customer journeys and agent workflows that support compliant and intuitive experiencesCollaborate with UX designers to review wireframes, prototypes, and customer experience designsWork closely with Product Owners and Technology teams throughout Agile development cyclesSupport solution design discussionsIdentify business process improvements that reduce operational complexity while maintaining complianceSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Validate implemented solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirementsServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related field3+ years of Business Analysis experienceExperience gathering and documenting business requirementsExperience working within Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExperience facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Telecommunications or cable industry experienceExperience supporting regulatory or compliance initiativesKnowledge of customer experience (CX) principlesExperience designing agent workflows and operational processesFamiliarity with FCC regulations, privacy requirements, accessibility standards, or government programsCBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications preferredStrong knowledge of JIRA/ConfluenceStrong knowledge using copilot and Claude to aid in requirements gathering The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
