Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst at Travoom will take ownership of decision-ready analysis within travel-technology marketplace, ticketing, content, platform, vendor, customer-support, operations, and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Business Analyst workflow by helping the team build reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Review the Business Analyst workflow by helping the team investigate anomalies instead of masking them.
• Maintain the Business Analyst workflow by helping the team document calculations and assumptions.
• Track the Business Analyst workflow by helping the team translate findings into practical next actions.
• Own the Business Analyst workflow by helping the team validate source data before analysis.
• Ensure every handoff within travel marketplace operations shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
• Document workflow decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around reporting, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Requirements

• Use travel marketplace operations and research confidently when carrying out business analytical review.
• Apply stakeholder communication without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Ensure decision-ready analysis is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
