Business Analyst

About the role

Seeking a Business Analyst with experience supporting subscription services, recurring billing, payment processing, invoicing, or subscription management platforms. Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business activities, software and systems. Elicit, analyze, validate and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements. Translate business requirements for technical staff and assist in development of solutions. Work with business and project team members to evaluate business needs, define and prioritize requirements, and ensure that process flows and analytical capabilities align with leading business practices. Work as part of project teams to create/enhance/implement business processes and supporting solutions ensuring requirements are delivered as agreed and on time, gathering additional resources as needed. Identify and gather business requirements.

• Experience serving as a Business Analyst on projects involving:
• Subscription management platforms
• Recurring billing or payment processing
• Invoicing and customer payment workflows
• Strong experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and working with both business and technical teams.
