Business Analyst

About the role

This role focuses on Business Analysis within Cards Acquisitions, Fraud, Marketing, or Financial Services domains, requiring a blend of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and stakeholder collaboration in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze fraud trends, risks, and controls to recommend process improvements
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business metrics to track performance
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and mainframe developers
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
• Create process flows, use cases, interface specifications, and data-mapping documents
• Maintain project documentation and business process artifacts

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science

Skills

• Experience in Business Analysis within Cards Acquisitions, Fraud, Marketing, or Financial Services domains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

$100,000 to $120,000 per year
