Business Analyst

About the Opportunity: The Business Analyst supports program objectives through comprehensive business analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and user adoption activities. This role contributes to successful modernization initiatives by translating business needs into clear requirements, validating solutions, supporting testing, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze information through interviews, workshops, document reviews, research, and stakeholder discussions.• Translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions.• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.• Develop and update current-state and future-state process maps, standard operating procedures, and system documentation.• Prepare for and participate in user acceptance testing, document results, and communicate findings.• Assist in developing end-user training materials and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions.• Observe workflow impacts, collect user feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives.• Perform other duties and business analysis activities needed to support program objectives and timelines. Requirements: • Experience supporting large-scale modernization programs or enterprise initiatives.• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security practices.• Project or change management and facilitation experience, including conducting workshops and building stakeholder consensus.• Background working with relational or cloud-based data platforms.• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable information for business audiences.• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
