About the role

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Methods Process Analyst (Level 2/3) to join the Industrial Engineering Team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This position thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where responsibilities evolve frequently. Adaptability is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages.
• Monitor performance against established labor hour estimates.
• Identify and implement process improvements by analyzing current processes and applying established methodologies to maximize efficiency of equipment and personnel, supporting company improvement initiatives.
• Analyze changes to approved plans due to unplanned events, assessing impacts on cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and track complex integrated shop operating plans to maximize efficiency, reduce inventory, and meet cost and schedule commitments.
• Gather and analyze shop performance metrics to recommend action plans for Production Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, or Data Analytics.
• 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
• 1+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• An ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in the fields listed above.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
• 3+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay

Salary is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.

• Associate level: $73,100 - $98,900
• Mid-level: $89,250 - $120,750

This is a 1st shift position. Relocation assistance is available based on candidate eligibility.
