Business Analyst

A Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 3–6 years of experience, specializing in offer management platforms such as Naehas. This hybrid role in Alpharetta, GA, involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to drive customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign lifecycle strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Participate in client workshops and support the definition of campaign and offer strategies.
• Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
• Analyze data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and platform usage.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign lifecycle.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
