Business Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support business analysis efforts within a risk-focused environment. This role plays a key part in identifying and analyzing business problems, defining scope, supporting requirement definition, process review, impact assessment, and operational streamlining.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business problems, define scope, and support requirement definition, process review, impact assessment, and operational streamlining.
- Document business needs, review workflow process maps, and maintain implementation materials such as process maps, issues logs, and project documentation.
- Support business testing activities by developing testing strategies, assisting with test plan execution, and recommending preferred solutions.
- Cook up with project members and business partners to assess stakeholder needs, manage issues, and support process implementation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical or functional requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
