Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a talented, skilled Support Business Analyst I, II or III to support our Supply Chain processes. You will play a key role in conducting thorough research, troubleshooting and presenting effective solutions to a variety of business areas to ensure optimal functionality and performance of our Finance systems that include SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and present effective solutions to business areas to ensure optimal functionality and performance of Finance systems.
• Partner with the IT Division to manage system operations, including business requirements, design, development, testing, training, maintenance and support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure data integrity and security.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Business Analyst I: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR Four (4) years of experience working in a related business function.
  • Business Analyst II: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, AND Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Four (4) years of experience working in related business function, AND Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Six (6) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes.
  • Business Analyst III: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, AND Four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Four (4) years of experience working in a related business function, AND Four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes; OR Eight (8) years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business system processes.
• Minimum Required License(s) and/or Certification(s): Valid Washington State Driver's License may be required with a good driving record.

• Business Analyst II: $104,918 - $131,148
• Business Analyst III: $131,609 – $164,512
