About the Role

This role serves as a strategic partner to self-insured employer clients by combining advanced healthcare claims analytics with high-touch relationship management in support of senior account executives. The Senior Business Analyst & Client Success Coordinator delivers actionable insights, ensures exceptional client satisfaction, and drives measurable improvements in healthcare program performance. The ideal candidate is both analytically rigorous and client-focused, capable of translating complex data into meaningful strategies for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and automate reports and dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools) to support ongoing monitoring and stakeholder access to insights.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support and participate in regular client check-ins, strategic reviews, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (data science, clinical operations, investigative, executive leadership) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships and contribute to account growth opportunities.
  • Review client performance metrics and feedback to ensure analytic solutions meet or exceed expectations.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses to support client inquiries and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver client-facing reports, presentations, and written communications that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities.
  • Prioritize competing requests across teams, especially when high-priority or time-sensitive.
  • Provide support to Account Managers as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of analytical work experience with healthcare claims data.
  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Proven experience applying data analytics in a business performance environment.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and database management.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
  • Familiarity with statistical software or programming languages (R, Python, SAS, SPSS).
  • Working knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights in large datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and talent for relationship-building.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lightly structured environment.
  • Hands-on, collaborative, proactive work style.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
