Business Analyst

About the role

Prepares and delivers informative, well-organized presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders including process owners, customers, and other stakeholders. Coordinates and oversees the work of multiple Business Analysts for large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Focus on solving conflict; maintain confidentiality; listen to others without interrupting; keep emotions under control; remain open to others' ideas and try new things
• Work within guidelines of established methods; obtain, clarify, and provide information within established parameters
• Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
• Build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details, and extract functional requirements using proficient analytical skills
• Translate user requirements into business, functional, and test scenarios for projects of various sizes and complexity
• Develop and write technical documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
