Business Analyst

About the role

Under limited supervision, responsible for planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor. Works with cross-functional teams to identify waste and opportunities for cost reductions. Analyzes site costs and the use of available resources, providing reports to management for decision-making and control. Assists with ROI analysis for capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large amounts of data and summarize into detailed presentations for management
• Perform cost-benefit analysis
• Identify waste and opportunities for cost reductions
• Provide detailed analytical reporting to management
• Assist with ROI analysis for capital investments
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, cost accounting, or industrial engineer
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience with Oracle ERP desired
